14 employees obtain their CQPM

Congratulations to our graduates!
We recently had the honor of celebrating the success of 14 of our employees who obtained their Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle de la Métallurgie (CQPM) as Industrial Production Autonomous Team Leaders.

After an intensive 22-day training session in partnership with PMIngenierie & AssociésThese employees have demonstrated their commitment and dedication by acquiring essential skills for our industry.

To validate their CQPM, they had to write a dissertation which they presented to a jury of professionals. Their dossier was then submitted for approval to the National Joint Employment Commission (CPNE) for the metallurgy sector.
